Daneenah will gladly accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn and unaltered by the customer. In order for any returns to be accepted, you must contact us within 30 days from your purchase with proof of purchase/order confirmations. Sadly, we are unable to accept any returns after that allotted time has passed.

Please note, if you purchased during a sale, there is a chance we may NOT allow exchanges/returns. It will be specified on the sale post, if that is the case. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will take it from there and you can expect a refund to automatically appear via your respective payment method within 3-5 business days.

In the case that 3-5 business days have went by and you haven’t received your refund, we suggest you reach out to your financial institution to see if there may be any hold with regards to the transaction. 

There may be some delays when seeing the refund officially posted in your account. After all these have been exhausted and you still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us immediately so we can take care of you. We recommend allowing at least one week before reaching out however.

The customer is responsible for paying for return postage. Unfortunately, shipping costs are not included in your item refund.

Please understand that it may take a few days to a couple of weeks for your item to be delivered, sorted and finally inspected for refund. When shipping your return, we recommend using a trackable shipping service for better protection.
